Some users are not able to finish their Quizes

Hi everyone,
I've been working with Frappe LMS for some months and everything was working perfectly.
This last weekend I decided to update the platform by performing a docker pull of the latest stable images and a bench migrate of my site. Everything seemed to be working well. However, right now, lots of our users are not able to completed their Quizes.
They are getting a 403 error when trying to complete them, with the following error:

This has never happened to us. Is this a known bug? Is there any way I could fix it?

Looks like a permission issue. What role does this user have?

Every user have LLM Student role, and some of them work, but most of them don't

Hi!
So I've been trying to debug the error, but I cannot find any permission-related error.
In our platform, every student has the exact same role, "Estudiante LMS", and that's also the only role they have.
With that role, some users are able to complete the Quizes while most aren't able to do so, they keep getting that 403 error.
This used to work perfectly with version 4.20.0, but it isn't working now for some reason.
Also, there are no error logs on the server side for some reason.

Could somebody help me debug this?

@Javierd can you share the english translation of the error please. The google translations is giving me a weird name of the doctype, I want to see the actual doctype name. Also is this the only error they are getting

@Javierd Have you enrolled the student in the course through the desk portal (LMS Enrollment Doctype)?

Yes, every student has been enrolled in the courses through the website at /app/lms-enrollment/view/list?member_type=Student
In fact, if I try to enroll any student that is not able to answer the quiz, in the course where the quiz is available, I get an error with the text Student is already enrolled in this course.

Again, I'm able to provide you with any information or any kind of API access or whatever you need to help me fix the issue, as it's really important to me to fix this asap.
