• Headings don't update when empty (ctrl + x) - also empty copy/pasted headings pollute ToC
• When the tab is empty, cursor doesn't show up
• Flaky comments in tabs

• Try adding in new one, comments from all tabs show up
• New comment shows up in wrong tab occasionally
• Realtime synced comments don't get attached to text
