Clean up panel_usercolumns on updates #1340

Describe the bug
After an upgrade from 2.1.9 to 2.2.7 we found that some customers were unable to view the path customer_email.php?page=emails, showing a warning:
0 The visible column "d.domain" has neither a "callback" nor a "field" set.

After replacing d.domain in the column columns of table panel_usercolumns by d.domain_ace everything went back to normal.

Expected behavior
The table should be cleaned up on upgrades.
