Oh, it seems I missed this issue.

We already have them: 07c151d (via #105) added contributing guidelines. See: CONTRIBUTING.rst

If there are things unclear in those, please open a new issue, and we will work on improving them to make it easier for new contributors to get started 😃

I'll close this issue for now.
