The current Oil package has to be split into a separate Cli package, a "commandline control" engine capable of running tasks, a separate Code generation package that deals with scaffolding, and an Admin generation package, that can generate a generic admin backend.

Repository fuelphp/oil created.

Repo renamed to oil-application. Oil will be a separate application, which both CLi and Request support (which will probably be HMVC only, it doesn't make much sense to have it routable).
