Android NDK clang and clang++ compiler support requesting

Hello Team,

We are using SILK SDK in our VOIP project since many years, As you all know Android NDK changed compilers to clang and clang++, With this we are not able to compile and use in our project.

Any help or guidance will be much appreciated.
