Animations are not saved (as screenshot?) in the PDF version

Actually we could just get rid of tmap_animation, and merge functionality this with tmap_save. In case there is an animation, save it as animation.

I've no idea how to save animations are screenshots in pdf. How is this generally done with external gif files?

1. Saving. Yes -- that was my idea. tmap_animation() seems not to be needed now.
2. In the Geocomputation with R, we just made (by hand) a screenshot of an animation frame, and then use it in the PDF version of the book. Here, we could try to add some if statement to extract a frame from a GIF (or something similar).
