Form Rendering. Set as Map Label Works for the mobile APP. But not in the back end(django)

Hi @moovida,

Another observation.
Whatever I set as map Lable in a form, gets displayed correctly on the map in Mobile App.
But it does not work the same way on the map that gets rendered. You may want to take a look at.

MR - name of the form. Not the map Label.

Thanks for this @mbalaatgit , I had never noticed that one. It is strange, because it uses a label, but it seems the wrong field is taken.
