Do not show payment_sent notifications when app is foregrounded (as it's likely that the payment has been made via Go itself)
Identify if FCM is disabled in a device (or use a timeout which is lesser than native timeout to detect FCM)
Do not prompt the user for notifications if FCM is disabled
Wallets with the same secret if added will have the same token (related Remove wallet ids and use client pubkeys #258)

Later:

Write a migration when we deprecate NWC v0.0 and move to v1.0
