[Feature Request] Add support for Gateway API

Hi, it would be nice if the chart support HTTPRoute as an alternative for the ingress spec.
All that is required is a HTTPRoute, the rest should be handled by the user.

This could also replace the nginx container, unless it's being used for some internal stuff. But if not, then you'd remove an unnecessary reverse proxy and a dependency
