I don't think that'll be possible for the exact same domain.
Those domain-snapping people/agencies usually want hundreds of dollars if ever to give back domains they caught.
You can, however, host it yourself (locally) using the files at https://github.com/getpavilion/getpavilion.github.io or check out archived docs at https://web.archive.org/web/20180108002936/http://www.pavilion.io/docs.
