MySQL JSON columns shown as HEX in Redash 25.8.0

I’m facing an issue with MySQL JSON columns in Redash and wanted to check if this is expected behavior or a regression.

We have a MySQL table with a column defined as JSON:

CREATE TABLE details (
id BIGINT,
additional_details JSON
);

When I try to Select on this table this column returns as HEX representation
MySQL CLI returns correct JSON
Column type is JSON

Is there any way we can force redash to convert output to JSON.
