Problem Statement

On https://docs.sentry.io/platform-redirect/ we should add a no-index tag so that users aren't hitting this page from search (Adam from our SEO agency confirmed). Additionally the meta-data shows a title of 'Home' and no description, let's add a more descriptive title and description for this page.

Solution Brainstorm

This page appears to be a bit of a special case, the biggest challenge will be figuring out where the contents of the HTML <HEAD> tag are formed.
