ROCm support for the new AMD Radeon RX 9070/9070 XT GPUs

Hello there, I'd like to know if or when it will be possible to run models on these GPUs using ROCm acceleration.
For now Vulkan works fine on my 9070 non XT, but I'd like to try ROCm.

Also can someone pls explain how do AMD HIP and AMD ROCm relate to each other? I know that HIP works in Blender to GPU accelerate rendering, but it's not clear to me what ROCm has to do with HIP.
I mostly use Windows at the moment, but in near future I'll switch back to Fedora, it's also not clear to me how is ROCm supported/not supported on Windows.

Same here, brand new rx 9070 xt driver version 25.5.1 and the GPU is not recognized for use with the ROCm runtime in LM Studio.
