Changes to environments are not saved?

If you select an environment through Select Env then click "Show Current Environment", change one of the settings then exit vscode and relaunch it, the changes have not been saved. If you select Save As New Env and type in the same name it creates an additional environment with the same name and there is no way to just overwrite the current environment.

The fact that the only way to delete environments is through editing the addon settings.json manually makes this pretty bad.

@RipleyTom You can delete environents from llama-vscode menu:

1. Click llama.vscode from the status bar or use ctrl+shift+m
2. Select "Envs..."
3. Select "Delete env..."
4. Find the env you want to delete and select it. After that confirm the deletion.

Just for information - you could export environment as a json file (by selecting Export env...), modify the file and import it again (by selecting Import env...).

Probably a Save button is also a good idea. In was not implemented initially to avoid loosing the already working environments. However, we already have predefined environments, which can't be changed.

Yes I think a simple Save button would be welcome to modify the current env.
