[Control Request] Segmented Slider

I'm building an WinUI3 app that plays videos.
I need some slider control that is similar to Youtubes slider

where the video could have several segments/chapters
i can give the start and end values of segments, segment colors should be customizable

my current use case is to highlight intros and outros of video in a different color

I'm a little busy right now and the following are on the radar:

• Shimmer (Mybe)
• Magnifier
• PropertyGrid
• Wizard
• Icon Mode for StepBar
• Chat
• LoopingList

They are all Complex and some of them may be crossed off the list. I think your control is also one of the complex ones, I'm not sure, If there are sample projects in WPF or WinUI, it will be faster and easier to design. Otherwise, it requires more research.
So I'll keep it on the list for now until I have enough time to work on it.
