Just watch vod or stream outside from the US that must use CDN. Otherwise, you can't reach the servers.

Other details

You must be in a network environment where you can't connect directly to a regular streaming server to easily trigger the use of CloudFront CDN, or you can construct the streaming address to pass to the player specially. Otherwise, you will have trouble reproducing the problem.
