Opening Private Window With Selected Video

the option to open a private window with the selected video already in it disappears forever when i hit "never show again" for the "learn more" part at the bottom of the pop up that used to come up when YouTube blocked me for adblockers. since there is no easy way to navigate the option now i am stuck.

It was meant to be a temporary solution (YT notification with a feature to open video in a private window). As it is still valid, we should add an option to on/off the feature. Otherwise, the above problem exists - if the user clicks the "Never show again" button, there is no way to roll back the decision.
