Make sorting by version column behave semver-aware

We want VERSION columns in Backstage to get sorted in a way that treats semantic version numbers as expected.

Here are three version strings, in alphanumeric sorting:

• 0.10.0
• 0.9.1
• 0.9.2

Here are the same versions, sorted by semver:

• 0.9.1
• 0.9.2
• 0.10.0
