Differences between using the extension and running the single file individually

I'm working on creating a browser extension and integrating single-file.js. I followed the instructions in the README, but for some reason, when I try to download content from a specific site using my extension, the resulting file is twice the expected size. I checked the rules and even tried copying the default ones exactly, but it still didn't work. Could you possibly help point me in the right direction?

Sorry for the late reply, this could be due to the options you're passing to the script. Could you give more info about how you call SingleFile from your code?

i tried to debug your extension to see if im missing something in my settings, but without success.
it happens with a specific site - ynet.co.il
your extension give me 20 mb file, with my extension that use single-file im getting 40mb. im running single-file-hooks-frameas before.
