Allow setting NoData value through zarr sink #1980
Description
Allow setting the nodata value (tiff tag 42113) in the zarr sink. This could be different per frame, but there should be a way to specify a single value and have it apply to all frames. Note that gdal accepts this tag as a ASCII data type with a string value. It would be worth checking if gdal and rasterio also can handle the value if it is the same dtype as the data array and use that in preference to an ASCII data type when writing to tiff files.
