Laptop sized VLAB demo

Create a section inside of the VLAB area of docs to guide a user with laptop level resources through setting up a smaller fabric.

Working on some changes to CLI and defaults to allow for more flexibility

To change the defaults inside of vlab would have wider implications, as the vlab gen functionality is relied upon for manual testing. This is not a small task, like I originally thought. Perhaps a different sub command would be useful?

It would still require significant changes of the generation logic, I think it should be done properly and here is no much rush for it.
