Github Co-Pilot code changes in Xcode keeps resetting

Is anyone else seeing this behavior where Co-Pilot would make code changes in the Xcode project, it reports the code changes are successful (you can see the changes in Xcode) then the changes get reverted moments later. Not able to find a satisfactory solution/work-around for this anywhere. Quite frustrating. Any help is much appreciated.

Here's a sample from my history (screenshot). I can see the changes being applied to the files, but moments later, the changes are getting reverted. It's possible Xcode is undoing the changes made by Copilot.

Hey @allllan, thanks for your kindly sharing.

I noticed that there are two calls to the replace_string_in_file tool in the history.

Both sections can be expanded to view more details, may including the code Copilot generated for the replacements. It might be worth checking the details of the second call to see if the code added by the first call is missing there, as you mentioned that

the changes get reverted moments later.

We'll also investigate this on our end to try and reproduce the issue.
