Problem:
When opening a new issue directly from the page of an already created issue, the title and description fields are pre-filled with the text of the previous issue instead of being empty.
📌 Steps to Reproduce:
Open an issue and submit it.
Once the issue is created, click on the "New Issue" button from that page.
The title and description fields of the new issue are pre-filled with the text from the previous issue instead of being empty.
📌 Expected Behavior:
When clicking "New Issue," the title and description fields should be empty, allowing the user to start a fresh issue without having to delete pre-filled content.
📌 Actual Behavior:
The fields are pre-filled with the text from the last submitted issue, which can lead to confusion and unnecessary extra steps for the user.
📌 Environment:
Browser: Google Chrome Version 132.0.6834.160 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Windows
Tested by multiple users with the same results
📌 Additional Context:
This issue occurs only when opening a new issue from an already created issue page, not when opening from the main Issues tab.
What changes are you suggesting?
I suggest that the system should automatically refresh or clear the form fields (title and description) when opening a new issue, rather than pre-filling them with data from the previous issue.

Thanks for opening this issue. A GitHub docs team member should be by to give feedback soon. In the meantime, please check out the contributing guidelines.
@C0L2 we appreciate your interest in GitHub, but you'd need to open a community discussion to give feedback about this, as your feedback relates to the GitHub UI itself, not the GitHub docs, or anything specific to this repo. As such, I'm closing this out. Thank you!
