Under development or dead?

Hi, given that there is really a lack of solid software analysis tools, semantic seems to be a promising one since it is produced by GitHub offical.

However, is it still alive or already dead?

One hint is this #698 (comment) where focus seems to have shifted of semantic. On the other hand new code is still being pulled in 7bd2ac2

I guess nobody commented because there is no resolute answer.
