[BUG] Selfhosted Gitlab Create work over multiple Repo

Description

In Windows using cli core and installer 3.1.46
I connect over my gk setup
set my workspace of 20 repos
Create a work using command

gk w start --base-branch develop -b "update-dev"

Seem to work with workspace with 1 repo
