[FEAT] Support Gitlab Self-Hosted

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently gitkraken cli supports all providers except gitlab self-hosted while gitkraken app supports it just fine and same for gitkraken web.
As our enterprise uses exclusively our gitlab self-hosted for our code, we can't use gitkraken cli for this, specifically when used through your provided mcp with cursor.

I'd like to be able to use gitlab self-hosted just like on gitkraken app.

I've seen this issue of last year #63 which is closed and that said it was not planned last year.

Yes i am very interested in this. Currently using gitKraken MCP with ai tools to get things done but our self-hosted gitlab is just not accessible by our agents it always tries to connect to gitlab.com for some reason resulting in auth and 404 errors. The tool works fine in gitLens.
