Upgrade RNE

Our current React Native Elements dependency is at 0.9.3, probably a good idea to update it now (current version is 0.14.0) before their 1.0 release which may introduce some breaking changes.

@housseindjirdeh I'd suggest skipping the v0.14.0 release and directly upgrading to v1.0 when it's out in mid-September.

There are going to be major breaking changes for the 1.0 release, so I think it might just be double effort to upgrade to v0.14.0 and then to v1.0

Also I'd be more than happy to help out with the upgrade to RNE v1.0. 😉 (and @binoy14).
