Support for indexed OME-TIFF file output

Hello!

Is it possible to add support for generating "indexed" OME TIFF file output? I'd like to generate some test data for use with the Viv system (specifically the Avivator web viewer) and this platform seems to recommend indexed OME TIFF data. The index file is a separate json data set:

I believe this similar to what @joshmoore requested in #60, which we had started to implement in #61. https://github.com/hms-dbmi/generate-tiff-offsets#readme appears to be the specification.

It's unlikely that we'll have time to revisit this feature in the near future, but happy to review a pull request if you're interested in implementing this @JohnGrime.
