The purpose of the code here is to compare stats taken from @firststats and 500ms after and kept in @laststats. The code just keep processes that was running during these 500ms. Your debug just shows many temporary processes are ignored.

We just want to inventory longtime running processes.

was caused by getWMIObjects timeout !
