Description

As a validator interested in validating gno.land testnets ISBAT follow the instructions so that I could easily start validating blocks

Acceptance criteria

  • Write article on gnops.io
  • Give instructions how to register on-chain
  • Give instructions how to submit a vote to GovDAO to be included in the validator set

For the moment, I'm still waiting to know if the valoper should submit a proposal, or wait for a GovDAO member to do it.
If it's the 2nd case, we have to define how the valoper can say "I've finished to edit my valoper, I'm now ready for the proposal!"?

I have to know if this documentation should replace the existing one or follow it in the global flow.
