Lf vim-style logo concept

Vim and ranger both have pretty cool and stylish old-school logo icons. So I thought why not create similar logo for Lf? I tried and now I glad to introduce you Lf logo I made in Inkscape. I'm pretty newbie at vector graphics, but I tried my best.

I chose a blue six-pointed star so the shape and color wouldn't clash and confuse other icons, and I think it looks nice and authentic. I tried to make the corners of the shape obtuse so it wouldn't resemble other common symbols.

Looking forward to your constructive criticism and hope it would be great if developers and maintainers used it.

Just for comparison:

Some thoughts:

• To me it looks like your shape is a little bit too big compared to the other logos and their proportions.
• Maybe try putting the f a little bit higher, its current placement looks off to me.
• Due to the combination of colour and shape, I immediately associated your logo with the Star of David. I'm not making or implying any political or religious statement (and neither is this the right place to discuss it). I just think that might be worth considering given the sensitivity of that topic.
• Where should lf actually use that logo (besides the README)? Unlike Vim or Ranger, lf does not have its own website. Perhaps we could use it as the executable icon on Windows and Linux (under macOS, command line executables don't have custom icons) but that's pretty much it.
• Consider contacting @gokcehan via email about this (he is not really active here and probably won't see this). He is the owner after all and should be involved when it comes to things like this in my opinion.
• I really like the colours.
