Description
What happened?
Gemini CLI TUI keeps getting stuck at the "Initializing" step. I've deleted the ~/.gemini folder and reinstalled both the latest version 0.18.4 and 0.20 nightly, but the issue persists across all versions. OS is Windows 11. It can't even reach the login screen.
Additionally, Ctrl+C doesn't work to close it either. The first Ctrl+C press shows a message saying press again to exit, but pressing it again has no effect — the "Initializing" spinner just keeps going. The only way to end the process is by closing the terminal entirely. How can I obtain the log files to provide to you?
