Will osv-scanner eventually move over to winget for distribution since it is the official package manager for windows?

Thanks for raising this issue! I assume that to make this work, we just need to contribute this to https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs ?

That said, most of our team is unfamiliar with Windows, so any help with contributing this would be greatly appreciated!
