Marker with Popup - How to distinguish between single click vs. double-click #176

As a user wanting to zoom in on a marker or cluster marker, I double-click on the marker to zoom in.
If that marker has a popup associated with it, the popup is triggered by clicking on the marker.
In the event of a double click, the popup open briefly then disappears when the zoom in event occurs.
How might we prevent the popup triggering when the event is a double-click.
