Get a feel for working with React-Leaflet + LeafletJS + Grommet. Purpose is to gain an understanding of the ergonomics for working in this stack so that we build up intuition to ease/difficulty and the level of effort building maps in this manner.

This intuition will be used to inform direction, decisions, and future planning.
