e2e: Checkbox selection resets with filter conditions

On SBOMs --> All SBOMs screen, when the user selects SBOMs using check boxes and then apply filter, the checkbox resets.

Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate to SBOMs --> All SBOMs screen
• Select couple of SBOMs from the list page using check box
• Using the "Filter text" option, filter an SBOM
• The selected check boxes resets

This issue is currently awaiting triage.
If contributors determine this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.

@mrrajan the behavior you described is expected and done by design. This is a common pattern:

• Selection is view-specific → It should only apply to the currently visible (filtered) items.
• Prevents accidental actions → Avoids acting on hidden or no-longer-relevant items.
• Maintains clarity → Ensures “what you see is what you act on.”
• Improves predictability → Users don’t get confused by invisible selections.

We can compare our UI with major similar vendors products like GMAIL and GITHUB:

• GMAIL.- select emails and then search for something -> the selection is reset
• Github issues.- select issue and then search for something -> the selection is reset

So what we are doing here is also what other apps do
