problems with importing .tmx files into utiLITI

Hi, i am new to LITIEngine and i was following this tutorial about making a basic platformer game. But, i am stuck in making my game.litidata file as utiLITI seems not to work every time i try to import my .tmx files which are created in Tiled. i got the following errors attached and i wondering what seems to be the problem.
