Wireguard connection stops working

Hi,

This isnt a bug report, but more an information request.

Running wg-portal in a docker container with network mode = host. On a plain Ubuntu 24.04 server.
However, when unattended-updates decides to install updates and restarts the service systemd-networkd my wireguard peers lose connection and cannot access others in the network.

A restart of the wg-portal container solves the issue.

I have added the following to /etc/systemd/network/00-ignore-wireguard.network but that does not seem to resolve the issue.

There is one line in my Post-Up config of wg0 interface in wg-portal

iptables -A FORWARD -i wg0 -j ACCEPT; iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j MASQUERADE

Other then that its a default installation
