12.0 Custom Port file download from browser missing port

In Version 12.0.x，I use custom port 8168, everything works except download files or upload files from browser. I can only use client to sync the libraries.
The main problem is in the download url, missing custom port. for example, the download url should be like "http://domain.com:8168/seafhttp/repos/84118082-79xxxxxxxxxxx?op=download" . But actually the url is "http://domain.com/seafhttp/repos/84118082-79xxxxxxxxxxx?op=download".
That is the problem. If I manually add the port 8168 into the url, download would be success. So how can I do to make the file download url include custom port?
I use docker compose to deploy Seafile 12.0.x. And already set the SEAFILE_SERVER_HOSTNAME=domain.com
