From our guide:

One explanation as to why we did not see different proliferation profiles with different concentrations of IL2 in the media could be attributed to the source of the IL2 and the batch of the IL2 that we prepared.

From @ChrystalPaulos:

might also have to do with the amount of Tregs in the culture...
