Issue with hotspot when they are in a location different than 0 ,0

I´m trying to create a virtual tour using json, but when I try to add a hotspot in a possition different than
"atv": 0.0,
"ath": 0.0

the onclick method of the hostpot just doesn´t work. any idea of what could be happening?
