Mizani's equivalent to scales' cut_short_scale/cut_long_scale()

Hey!

I recently started using plotnine to replicate ggplot2's syntaxis in Python and it's been a great experience so far. I was just looking for the equivalents of scales's cut_short_scale/cut_long_scale() utils in the Minzani library but couldn't find any in the docs or the API. Haven't these been implemented yet or have their equivalents been named differently?

These haven't been implemented. I'll make sure they are in the next release.
