OCI Registry for Vault Secrets Operator

Currently, as far as i can see, the helm-chart for vault-secres-operator is only uploaded in a traditional helm repository in https://helm.releases.hashicorp.com/

We would like to use our corpoarate harbor instance to proxy helm-chart download and harbor only supports oci.
