Failed or premature release of 2.0.2

I'm unclear on how your release process works but there appears to have been a failure in it. A 2.0.2 Docker tag has been pushed but there's no corresponding GitHub release. I'm unclear if 2.0.2 was released unsuccessfully or if the docker image shouldn't have been pushed.
