Context menu for nodes triggers remove action immediately in view for simplification of symbolic regression models #3141

In the view for simplification of symbolic regression models there are several options to modify the tree via a context menu.

In this menu the 'Remove'-item has two sub-items (node, subtree). However, when one clicks on the 'Remove'-item to expand the submenu an action is immediately triggered.
