Changing title to just say "yarn.lock" because package-lock.json was included via #75

I was going to add it in that last PR, but then I realized it might not make much sense. Seeing as NPM is included w/ node by default and yarn is not, doesn't make a whole lot of sense to make yarn (a third party package) an additional dependency.

Ok, well I'll leave this open and if someone else wants this implemented, they can comment, and I'll (or better yet they) will get to it.
