Story Form

As a BN Operator and Developer
I want to Have good metrics for easy visibility into the health of the BN
So that I will implement the following metrics

Technical Notes

This ticket is just for a Metrics Document with an overview with all the expected metrics to be found in the app and the provisioned dashboards.
