Request

I want to connect to a configuration facility

Goal

So that my service can receive configuration information on initialization

Technical Notes

This feature is to create a Configuration facility that any newly loaded service may (optionally) connect with to obtain its configuration data. This data is read (at initialization) from environment and system properties based on definitions provided by the newly loaded service.
