At the moment we have two 'ways' how to add translations:

• ValueSet (compose.include.concept.designation): e.g. https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-term/ValueSet-DocumentEntry.typeCode.html
  • ValueSets in IGs do contain expansion with designations only in narrative, not in a structured form (https://hl7.org/fhir/R4/valueset-operation-expand.html). For this reason, we have represented the designations in ValueSet.compose.include
• CodeSystem supplement: e.g. https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-term/CodeSystem-event-timing.html
  • According to the concept in the figure, a CS supplement would be needed in addition to the VS for translations that do not come from the original CS (e.g. Romansh). This is not available everywhere in CH Term because the concept was probably not known at the time of creation.
